All of our products are made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This means all sales are final.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are fully protected and we’ll work quickly to put things right.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s a problem; such as a fault, damage in transit, or receiving the wrong item; let us know as soon as possible.

When contacting us, including a brief description and photos (where relevant) will help us assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable solution, whether that’s a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
